Wholesale Supply

Made-to-order · No standard refunds

Wholesale product is manufactured to order once your payment clears. Because production begins immediately, orders are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled for a refund.

If a batch fails to match its independent lab testing documentation, or arrives materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll investigate and make it right on a case-by-case basis (replacement or credit, depending on the issue).

Ad Management

$10K / 2x benchmark · Retainer refunded if missed

The benchmark depends on your starting point: for a new brand, $10,000 in revenue within the first 30 days; for an existing brand already running, doubling your revenue. If we don't reach your benchmark — and you followed the plan we set (creative approvals, budget, and recommendations delivered on time) — we refund both the management retainer and the $1,000 one-time setup fee you paid.

Two limits, standard for this kind of guarantee: your ad spend (paid directly to TikTok/Meta, never held by us) is not refundable under any circumstances, and the guarantee requires that you actually followed the agreed plan and provided timely approvals and access. It does not apply if the account was constrained by your own actions outside our recommendations.

Full Launch

$10,000 month-one benchmark · Full refund if missed

If your brand doesn't reach $10,000 in revenue within the first month, we continue working on your brand at no additional cost until it does. If we genuinely can't get you there, you receive a full refund of the fees you paid us. There is no case-by-case assessment and no discretion on our side — if you followed the process and the number wasn't reached, the refund is yours.

This guarantee depends on you following the process we lay out, providing timely information and cooperation, and maintaining compliance with the platforms and processors involved.

Website Build

30-day sales-boost guarantee · Full refund

If your new website doesn't boost your sales within 30 days of going live, we refund the full amount you paid. This guarantee requires that the site actually be used — live, receiving traffic, and not replaced or substantially modified outside our build — for the 30-day window to apply.

Payment Processing Setup

Setup fee · Refunded after month one

The setup fee is refunded automatically after your first month of successful processing through the account we help you set up. This is a timing-based refund, not a performance guarantee — it applies as long as the processing relationship is active and in good standing after month one.
