Payment

Pricing for each service is listed on the relevant page or provided directly after you apply. Accepted payment methods vary by service (for example, cryptocurrency for wholesale orders, Zelle for website builds) and will be confirmed with you before payment is due. Except where covered by our Refund Policy, all sales are final.

Guarantees & Refunds

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on any application, order, or intake form
• Maintain your own compliance with advertising platform policies (Meta, TikTok) for any ad accounts you own
• Maintain your own legal compliance for the resale or use of any product
• Respond in a timely manner during builds or onboarding so we can hit agreed timelines

Intellectual Property

Templates, designs, and materials we create as part of a website build or brand setup are provided for your use as part of that engagement. Our own site content, brand, and any proprietary playbooks or materials remain the property of Dynara Digital unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynara Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dynara Digital is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
